Ambitious Career Opportunity:

Arista Networks, a global leader in networking technology, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sydney Enterprise Solutions Executive to join our Sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets within a targeted list of commercial and enterprise accounts.

About the Role:
This role requires a proven track record of direct selling into commercial and enterprise accounts, with a strong background in data center or networking solutions. You will work closely with our technical teams to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership, and collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets within a targeted list of commercial and enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with our technical teams to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.
  • Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista's value proposition.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
  • Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 5+ years of technology sales experience.
  • A proven track record of direct selling into commercial and enterprise accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets.
  • A relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a requirement.
  • Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • You possess previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas; Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure or Cloud computing.

What We Offer:
Arista Networks offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, great career prospects, and excellent facilities with modern tools of the trade.
