About the Role

As the Front Office Manager at Meriton Suites, you will be responsible for leading our front office operations while working closely with our housekeeping and maintenance departments. Your key responsibilities will include supporting and leading the front office team, facilitating a positive workplace culture, and ensuring daily front desk tasks are communicated and completed.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead the front office operations and team
Facilitate a positive workplace culture through effective leadership, collaboration, and team development
Close the loop on guest feedback with critical thinking and strong guest connections
Ensure daily front desk tasks and expectations are communicated, actioned, and completed
Drive positive guest experiences, both individually and across your team
Manage the roster and payroll financials
Work with our Hotel Manager to maintain the building's presentation and upkeep
Ensure Meriton Suites standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Guest Service Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager and be looking to take the next step. You will also have a genuine passion for guest service and exceeding guest expectations, as well as excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you will be comfortable communicating with various internal and external stakeholders and conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
