Front Office Operations Manager Role

About the Role:
- As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
- You will work closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Your primary goal will be to maintain high service standards in these areas, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- In addition, you will focus on maximizing profitability while meeting customer and staff needs.

We estimate this role to offer a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
