We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaison with Housekeeping: Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Service Standards: Ensure that service standards are maintained in all areas, including the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
  • Profitability: Maximize profitability by ensuring efficient operations and effective management of resources.
  • Customer and Staff Needs: Ensure that customer and staff needs are met, and that all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional service.
