Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
  • Liaison with the Housekeeping department.
  • Ensuring service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
  • Maximizing profitability.
  • Meeting customer/guest and staff needs.
