Hotel Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Front Office team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.

About the Role

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service standards are maintained in the Front Office area. This includes managing the Front Desk, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that all guest requests are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
  • Liaison with the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensuring service standards are maintained in the Front Office area.
  • Maximizing profitability in the Front Office area.
  • Ensuring customer and staff needs are met.
