Hotel Operations Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Front Office team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
About the Role
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service standards are maintained in the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit areas. You will also be responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring customer and staff needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
- Liaison with Housekeeping department.
- Ensure service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
- Ensure profitability is maximized.
- Ensure customer/guest and staff needs are met.
