Talent Right is seeking an experienced Global Sales Operations Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales success and growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including process improvements and leveraging automation tools to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to establish clear standards for lead generation and opportunity management, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive sales reporting structure that tracks all sales activity, including appointments set, attended, and calls made.
  • Establish a benchmarking system for lead measures, lag measures, and a process of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team by identifying strengths, building strong working relationships, and providing support, development, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction, architectural, or specification markets would be beneficial.
  • A passion for sales success through process development and effective system management.
  • A track record of building and leading a sales and reporting structure.
  • Experience in building and leading a high-performance team.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Specification and consultative selling experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong team culture orientation.

We offer a $120,000 - $150,000 salary package, depending on your level of experience.
