About the Role: The Cavalry Global is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Events Director to lead our sales function across multiple business units. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven leader to oversee the sales teams based at various sites, ensuring revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales teams across various venues and business units.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead sales efforts for major events, weddings, corporate functions, and external catering.
- Work closely with the executive team and owner to contribute to overall business growth and success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or catering sectors.
- Exceptional business development skills and a well-established network.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, overseeing multiple site-based sales teams.
- Highly motivated, with a clear focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
