Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to provide effective leadership of teams across our Darwin and Palmerston sites.

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of quality early intervention youth mental health services to young people aged 12-25 within the headspace model of evidence-based best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.
  • Actively seek to engage, collaborate, and strengthen key partnerships with service providers in the region that supports the four key pillars of the headspace primary services model.
Requirements:
  • An approved tertiary qualification (Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Registered Nurse)
  • An effective leader with minimum 5 years experience providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams within a clinical mental health setting.
  • A passion for youth mental health and keen interest in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services
  • Prior experience or demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
