We are a boutique accounting firm based in the Melbourne CBD, offering a unique range of services to our clients including business services, superannuation, tax and financial planning.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our team of Accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients
- Answer phones and liaise with clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Draft letters and correspondence
- Prepare tax returns
- Liaise with the ATO regarding client queries
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and signatures from clients
- Update client information on our database
- Lodge BAS/IAS and income tax returns
- Prepare letters and documents for clients
- Order office supplies and consumables
About You
- You will have previous experience working in an accounting firm
- You possess exceptional customer service skills
- You have a positive and hard-working attitude
- You enjoy interacting with people and building strong relationships
- You have high attention to detail
