Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for an Insurance and Corporate Risk Team Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.
This role will support our General Insurance and Sensitive Claims team in various administrative tasks including email management, diary organisation, and coordination of billing and reporting.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years' legal secretarial experience preferably in litigation and personal injury.
Key responsibilities include:
- Email and phone management;
- Diary management and meeting organisation;
- Liaising with clients, barristers, and stakeholders;
- Preparing court books and briefs;
- Filing court documents with the County and Supreme Courts;
- Drafting correspondence and document production;
- Database management and file coordination;
- General administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying;
- Coordination of monthly billing and client reporting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, resilience, self-motivation, strong MS Office application skills, and ability to work under pressure.
