About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting minutes and agendas to ensure seamless communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to statutory deadlines.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and possess strong administrative skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within Owners Corporation Management is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit organisational and professional attributes.
  • Display a positive and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and technology.
