Key Responsibilities- Prepare meeting minutes and agendas to ensure seamless communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to statutory deadlines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and possess strong administrative skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role within Owners Corporation Management is highly desirable.
- Exhibit organisational and professional attributes.
- Display a positive and proactive approach.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and technology.
