Job Description

This full-time Corporate Front of House Coordinator role is based in Melbourne's CBD, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You'll be the first point of contact for corporate clients and internal teams, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating events
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Responding to email enquiries and managing contractors
  • Assisting with mailroom duties and accepting deliveries

You'll work closely with our team to deliver seamless service and ensure a positive experience for our clients and colleagues.

  • Intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft, including attention to detail
