Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our business leaders to develop a learning and development strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, including e-learning and simulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and vendors.

Requirements
