Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Learning and Development to join our team at Legal Aid NSW. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team in the design and development of innovative, accessible, and high-quality professional learning resources to support NSW teachers and school leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in the design and implementation of digital products in a fast-paced business environment.
- Apply knowledge of adult learning principles in the development of professional learning resources.
- Manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders to meet competing interests and demands in a business environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
We ensure young children get the best start in life by supporting and regulating the early childhood education and care sector. We are the largest provider of public education in Australia with responsibility for delivering high-quality public education to two-thirds of the NSW student population.
