Your Role


In this pivotal role, you'll drive the culture, performance, and success of Tiimely as we scale. You'll develop and execute a future-focused people strategy to support our mission. Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing and executing a strategic people plan that drives business results
  • Leading initiatives that build leadership capabilities and strengthen team performance
  • Building scalable workforce models that embrace tech-enabled operations
  • Overseeing compliance related to employee relations, work health and safety, wellbeing, governance, remuneration, and payroll
  • Providing leadership and support to the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Shaping the conversation at the highest level with insightful people strategies
  • Advocating for and embodying our company values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience

Your Skills and Qualifications


We're looking for a seasoned people and culture professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within scaling organisations. Required skills and qualifications include:


  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic people plans that drive business results
  • Experience with innovative workforce models and the ability to scale teams effectively while maintaining high engagement and productivity
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership teams and boards
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • In-depth knowledge of people compliance, employee relations, payroll, WHS and risk and compliance management
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing contemporary and strategic remuneration frameworks
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving key people metrics
  • Ability to maintain a balance between strategic oversight and hands-on execution

Benefits


You'll enjoy a competitive salary package, including an estimated $180,000 - $220,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
