Job Title: Director of People and Culture
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of People and Culture to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of high performance and best practice employee engagement to support our future strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives
- Provide strategic and operational expertise to employees on all people-related matters, including performance and talent management, organisational design and development, engagement, reward and recognition, HR Systems and industrial relations and compliance matters
- Work towards ensuring there are the right tools in place to promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture and ensuring the ongoing development and support of team members, leaders and emerging leaders
- Identify and implement initiatives that position our organisation as an employer of choice
Requirements:
- Proven HR leadership experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Director role with minimal gaps
- Technical expertise in all elements of the HR function, including people strategy development (and execution), HRIS implementation, workplace relations, talent, leadership development, engagement, performance development, rewards and payroll management
- Ability to seamlessly straddle strategic and operational activities while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to motivate, inspire others and facilitate change
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to relate genuinely with people at all levels
