Senior Employment Relations Expert

We are seeking an expert in employment relations to provide high-level support and advice on employment matters. Your expertise will contribute to the development of employment relations strategies, enhancing employee engagement and supporting the university's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to provide accurate and proactive advice
- Implement employment relations frameworks, policies, and enterprise bargaining activities
- Manage complex employment relations matters and partner with teams on case management and investigations
- Deliver presentations and information sessions on best employment practices
- An expert in employment relations with experience in a collaborative environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to consult and influence stakeholders
- Extensive experience in providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial instruments and employment regulations
- Demonstrated success in managing union relationships and disputes; experience representing employers in industrial commissions and tribunals
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
