We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Relations expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and support to management and staff on employment relations matters.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing high-level support and advice to university management and staff on employment relations matters.
- Developing and implementing employment relations strategies that align with the university's goals and objectives.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external parties.
- Managing complex employment relations issues, including disputes and investigations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in employment relations.

- Total remuneration package valued at $160,095 - $170,833 per annum.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions.
- Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary.
