Workplace Relations Specialist

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

  1. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including EBA's and industrial relations.
  2. Manage the investigation and resolution of RFAs received by our organization or franchisees.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to improve employee practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in employee relations with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Ability to negotiate with unions and interpret employment agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
