**About The Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team.

  • Collaborating with HR teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of employee issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key metrics.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 2 years' experience in employee relations or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
