About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Sales Professional to join our team. This is a key role that involves managing deal cycles from lead generation to close, utilizing prospecting tools to identify new business opportunities and negotiating contracts with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle deals from demo to close, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Utilize prospecting tools to research and target new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers and crafting tailored sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, reviewing legal terms and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate the Pendo platform to prospective customers, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Lead effective value discovery sessions to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales solutions.
  • Navigate customers through a 7-day free trial and proof-of-concept process, ensuring seamless product adoption.
  • Deploy in-depth SaaS sales training using MEDDIC and Force Management methods, empowering sales teams to achieve their targets.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com, providing valuable insights for future sales initiatives.
  • SUCCESSFULLY utilize all sales tech tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of goal attainment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment, embracing feedback and holding oneself accountable.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including revenue growth and customer acquisition costs.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
