Senior Sales and Events Strategist

Trippas White Group is a leading player in the hospitality industry, with a prestigious portfolio of high-profile restaurants, cafes, and events across Australia.
The company's iconic venues include Sydney Tower, Centennial Homestead, Botanic House, Reign, Esq, and Sydney Opera House.
This role will be instrumental in driving revenue for the Group by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
About the Role:
Actively maintain ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders, nurturing and sourcing new corporate clients.
Business Development focus with a proactive sales approach on potential growth in new markets.
Facilitating and implementing effective Sales and Marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue and strengthen industry positioning.
Budget and reporting development and process, continually monitoring and mentoring the team's performances against targets.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years senior sales experience, preferably in venue sales and key partnerships.
- Must have experience with Inbound Event Sales.
- Prior experience of managing and mentoring a team of event professionals will be highly regarded.
- Stakeholder and key account management capability.
- Motivate and manage a team, getting the best out of individual sales team members.
