Scientific Sales Associate

This role offers the chance to launch a sales career in a science-driven industry. We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and customer-focused individual to support our team of Account Managers in building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across our full product and service portfolio.

The successful candidate will gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction, and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

About the Role:

  • Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
  • Sell analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
  • Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools (training provided).
