
Science Sales Career Opportunities

Are you a recent science graduate or early-career professional seeking to launch your career in sales? This opportunity offers a dynamic and high-performing sales team environment where you can deliver complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach.
We're looking for a motivated, coachable, and customer-focused individual to support our team of Account Managers in building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across our full product and service portfolio.
In this role, you'll gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction, and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
- Sell analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
- Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools (training provided).
