Business Development Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Graduate, you will collaborate with our experienced Account Managers to build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities across our full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Managers to develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote tailored solutions.
  • Assist with sales processes including lead generation and contract renewals.
  • Sell analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
  • Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting high-potential accounts.
  • Closely collaborate with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools.
