Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain designated territory to ensure optimum service to first-line accounts.
  • Exceed net sales targets of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory.
  • Maintain loyalty of first-line accounts through close relationships and meeting their requirements with our company's products where possible.
  • Execute business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities.
  • Design and execute quarterly business plans including targets, action plan, and outcomes for each account.
  • Facilitate a first-class sales experience using business insights, analytics, and innovative deal-level strategies.
  • Acknowledge and overcome customer concerns; take ownership of territory issues and provide solutions, escalating to the Regional Business Manager if required.

Vision and Objectives:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to work in Australia. They must also meet the minimum qualifications for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales.
  • At least one year's experience working within Australia's generic market.
  • One to two years' experience in B2B complex sales environments.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
