Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to drive business growth and brand engagement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers, conducting meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the ArchiPro platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
  • Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary $140 - $160 + super.
  • 10% uncapped commission on all sales - great earning potential. Top performers earn $300k +.
