About the Role

As a Digital Media Account Manager at Media Monks, you will play a key role in managing analytics projects and media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role that involves advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions and optimize their digital media performance to drive long-term value.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage client relationships and provide ongoing account management.
  2. Understand clients' marketing technology and provide support and expertise to help them maximize their use.
  3. Provide technical and strategic support to clients to help them get the best results from their advertising activity.
  4. Analyze data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  5. Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in digital media buying platforms.
  2. Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically setting up, optimizing, and reporting on a DSP or search engines.
  3. Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Preferred skills in a number of the following: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, Google Ads, Microsoft Search Engine (previously Bing), Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
