Job Title: Regional Business Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth. As Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve market share goals.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members to achieve their performance and career development goals. You will also prioritize business performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting.

\

Additionally, you will work closely with the Community Board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand in the local area. You will also lead by example, prioritizing the customer experience and taking on various responsibilities as needed.

\

A key aspect of this role is building connections and fostering a positive community environment. This includes supporting customers, giving back, and making a meaningful impact on the community.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong people leadership skills, proven sales mentorship, and experience in residential and commercial lending. You will also require excellent communication skills, financial management knowledge, and a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
