Job Opportunity:
The Regional Manager will lead high-performance teams in a diverse and interesting environment. This role involves managing Service Managers and Job Coaches to deliver Employment Services contracts within allocated regions.
The successful candidate will build relationships with employers and community partners to reinforce the organization's success. They will contribute to improved performance across their region and represent the organization credibly to government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams and multiple sites in an Employment Services business.
- Proven management skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Disability/Employment Services industry (contractual obligations, guidelines, management, and performance systems).
