We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee multiple stores across Western Australia. As a leader, your key objectives are to drive sales, lead a winning culture, and develop people internally for future success.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by recommending strategies to enhance performance across sales, staff, stock, and systems.
- Drive, coach, and deliver exceptional customer service standards for your region.
- Achieve KPI targets and ensure staff are aware and trained on the importance of KPI targets and how to achieve them.
- You will have succession planning and talent management plans in place for all direct reports.
- Manage any escalated store or customer complaints if need be, ensuring they're dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Be confident managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with recruitment.
- Help to manage concession relationships with major retailers.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Area/Cluster or Multi-Site manager in fashion apparel or footwear business who has previously managed all KPIs successfully. You should have strong financial acumen, strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to influence. You should also be people-focused, have motivational leadership qualities, and be able to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency.
