Regional Business Director

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to take on an executive-level position in a rapidly growing agribusiness market leader. This role offers a competitive salary, FMV, and bonus structure.
You will be part of a globally recognised R&D crop solutions player that develops, manufactures, and sells high-class products to the Australian market, providing farmers with sustainable agricultural outcomes.
The company has a strong presence in Australia, backed by a continuously evolving product pipeline. You will drive sales and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in the region.
The successful candidate will be a well-recognised, well-connected, and proactive Agribusiness industry professional with in-depth knowledge of crop protection, adjacent ag inputs, or rural distribution/ag retail.
- Lead, develop, and drive performance of regional team
- Senior thought leader and active contributor within Sales Leadership Team, identifying opportunities, innovation, and improvement initiatives
- Customer relationships and market intelligence to optimise results
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, business, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in relevant industry, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
