Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the EIP Director(s) and facilitate day-to-day operations between the Platform Director and the broader Research & Innovation Capability (R&IC) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate Platform projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Organize conference logistics, develop business processes, and contribute to delivering networking, events, communication, and planning outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients internally and externally, including members of the business community and government, to foster strong relationships and drive impact.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative, project, and secretarial support in a Higher Education or Research environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidentiality, versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to prepare high-quality documentation and present information effectively.
  • Capacity and confidence to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including academics, researchers, and industry partners.
  • Experience in public outreach, event organization, communication strategies, and promotional activities.
