The Strategic Team Coordinator will be responsible for the daily management of their team, ensuring contractual KPIs are being met, along with the team's engagement and development. Additionally, the Strategic Team Coordinator will respond to any client requests, feedback or reports and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positively motivate and coach your team to both improve and sustain team performance to deliver and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide floor support to the centre when required
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance and support to your team members
  • Contribute to the medium-long term health of your team and contact centre
  • Conduct regular effective one on ones and team meetings
  • Assist with onboarding new staff
  • Maintain and develop relevant knowledge of campaign products & systems
  • Ensure clear, constructive and timely communication with key stakeholders
  • Implement and support cultural activities and reward and recognition programs
