About the Opportunity
Xplor Education is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our Melbourne team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve success through the use of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive support to customers across the Office platform
- Assigning tickets and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- Supporting the implementation of systems improvement initiatives and the introduction of new technologies
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, as well as a confident phone manner and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Xplor Education's products and services is an asset
- A true team player with a positive and empathetic approach to customer service
