Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS ADVOCATE to join our team at CreditorWatch. As a key member of our Customer Experience Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our product suite.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, support, and deliver engaging customer experiences, focusing on retention and acquisition through proactive phone-based account management support, onboarding new clients, and providing adoption and product utilization support.
Working closely with Customer Service, Data and Insights, Product Implementation, and System owners, you will ensure that our clients have the tools they need to achieve their goals. As a key stakeholder, you will report directly to our Customer Success Manager.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive, hands-on phone-based account management support to engage clients and help them realize value in our products.
- Delivering on client retention and adoption targets.
- Understanding metrics that matter from both business and client perspectives, solving problems to continuously improve outcomes delivered.
- Ongoing development and implementation of strategies to improve individual and team performance issues.
- Capturing and qualifying leads for your pipeline and to pass on to other sales teams.
