Job Overview

The Partner Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with cloud, ISV, consulting, and SI partners.

We seek a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of SaaS, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent document processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partner sales and marketing, leveraging their expertise to identify opportunities and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes comprehensive business plans to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles.
  • Identifies synergies between Iron Mountain and partners through account strategy and GTM activity.
  • Builds, leverages, and communicates the value proposition of Iron Mountain partnerships to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Directs and influences lead generation activities to generate pipeline, fostering collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provides regular forecasting and account opportunity visibility into Iron Mountain's SFDC tracking pipeline action/priorities.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts.
  • Prior/current partner roles and experience are mandatory for success.
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders, requiring adaptability and domain expertise.
  • Proficiency in one or more sectors: ANZ Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy Oil and Gas.
