We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This role will involve partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment advice, drive external talent attraction strategies, and promote internal mobility for career growth.
As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your expertise to inform data-driven decisions, collaborate with subject matter expert teams, and deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for our candidates. You'll stay informed on market trends, emerging innovation, and contribute to recruitment projects that meet evolving business needs.
This role offers the opportunity to visit facilities locally, allowing you to understand how the business operates and build relationships with key leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple data sources to generate relevant market insights and inform data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Engage passive talent through proactive sourcing, mapping relevant skills, and building talent pools for key focus areas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and bring it to life in a meaningful way for each candidate.
- Support hiring managers in navigating recruitment processes, identifying the best approaches for attracting top talent, and assessing candidates effectively.
- Promote internal mobility and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, identifying and developing internal talent for career progression.
About you
You bring extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner, having worked within a TA function, RPO, executive search, or recruitment agency environment. With strong stakeholder management skills, you can confidently engage with senior leaders, building and maintaining valuable relationships across diverse teams.
Demonstrating deep knowledge across sourcing and talent pooling strategies for both specialist and leadership roles, you'll demonstrate agility to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and drive initiatives across different business units.
You'll also need passion for creating a high-quality, positive candidate experience with every interaction, and bringing to life a differentiated EVP.
