We seek a skilled professional to lead commercial growth and customer partnerships, driving business success through strategic planning and execution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, fostering a 'best-in-class' business partnership\
  • Negotiate and implement trading terms and joint business plans that achieve win-win outcomes\
  • Collaborate with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of brand and category strategies\
  • Utilize data processing tools and analyze insights to build sales strategies and drive business growth\
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3+ years of commercial sales management experience in Hard Goods/FMCG\
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and time management skills, with a strong aptitude for account management\
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively, building trusting relationships with customers and cross-functional teams\
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SAP (or AS400), and retailer systems\
  • Prioritization, deadline delivery, and analytical skills, with a focus on driving business results\
