Key Responsibilities- Service Operations Support: Assist the Service Manager in daily workflow planning, time management, and coordination of service activities and service technicians.
- Enquiry Management: Process all incoming service and warranty enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner.
- Quotation and Invoice Management: Ensure all quotations for service exchange, service repairs, and invoices from suppliers are actioned and recorded in a timely manner.
- CRM and Warranty Processes: Play an active role in CRM and warranty processes, ensuring all requests are completed and sent to Head Office in a timely manner.
- Facilities Management: Administer the Facilities Pump Hire Fleet, ensuring accurate records and invoicing are current and up to date.
- Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day requirements of commodities, ensuring the facility functions effectively.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all requests from the Finance Department for documentation pertaining to audit requirements are complete and sent in a timely manner.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the Office Facilities are maintained in a clean, tidy, and respectable manner.
- Professionalism and Compliance: Display a level of professionalism that provides a positive working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and NOV OH&S processes and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
