Strategic Pricing Leader

This is a permanent position in Melbourne, where you will be responsible for developing multi-year strategic pricing plans to achieve financial targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on short-term tactical product and pricing initiatives to support immediate business needs.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks associated with various product initiatives.
  • Design commercial models to understand the likely business impacts of initiatives.
  • Analyse complex data from multiple sources using analytical tools.
  • Develop and present high-quality pricing strategy and commercial performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial experience in a product or pricing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in digital performance and listings models.
  • At least 7 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of delivering commercial business outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven influencing and relationship-building skills.
