Job Title: Strategic Pricing Specialist

The Role

As a key member of the team, you will possess strong commercial acumen and be able to conduct analysis of estimates. Your ability to communicate risks and mitigation strategies will ensure transparency for the sales and operations teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering strategic pricing solutions for facilities management and technical maintenance services
  • Supporting the engagement process with subcontractors and ensuring corporate governance
  • Creating pricing models for client submission documents (bids)
  • Conducting bids analysis and cost modelling
  • Securing fixed-cost market pricing
  • Reporting on forecasting, expenses, and financial deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in a Commercial degree, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or Sales & Marketing. They will have experience in bids analysis, accounting, or finance analysis and be highly computer literate. A strong understanding of commercial costing, labour and material estimates, commercial terms, and delivery strategies is essential.

Desirable skills include experience in building services and maintenance environments and good problem-solving skills.
