- Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, digital, finance, and technology functions to accelerate transformation.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for Pricing & Revenue Management and lead change management initiatives.
- 5+ years of proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams through complex change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; aviation experience highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in pricing systems, data analytics tools, and revenue optimization platforms.
- Experience with dynamic pricing models, machine learning applications, and digital retailing technologies.
- Deep understanding of total revenue management principles and commercial mindset focused on profitability.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse functions.
- Track record of building high-performance cultures, developing talent, and leading strategic change initiatives.
