Healthcare Administrator Role in Outpatient Support Services

As an Administrative Officer in our Outpatient Support Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SALHN Outpatient Clinics.
Your duties may include:
- Managing patient administration systems to ensure efficient and effective care
- Processing referrals in a timely manner to meet clinical needs
- Notifying patients of appointments and providing relevant information to prepare them for consultation
- Adjusting appointments as required and keeping patients informed of changes
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with computer software, including email and word processing
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to provide effective customer service
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team without direct supervision
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $59,161 - $63,647, depending on your experience and qualifications.
