About the Role

As an Administrative Officer in our Outpatient Support Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SALHN Outpatient Clinics.

Your duties may include:

  • Managing patient administration systems to ensure efficient and effective care
  • Processing referrals in a timely manner to meet clinical needs
  • Notifying patients of appointments and providing relevant information to prepare them for consultation
  • Adjusting appointments as required and keeping patients informed of changes
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with computer software, including email and word processing
  • Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide effective customer service
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team without direct supervision
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
