About the Role

SA Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Team at Flinders Medical Centre. This role is responsible for providing quality administrative services, covering vacant ASO2 Administration Positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making appointments as necessary, including outpatients and transport arrangements;
  • Providing professional service to internal and external clients;
  • Treating customers with respect and equality while being responsive to their needs;
  • Participating in the Performance Development process, including Annual Performance Review;
  • Contributing to an integrated team approach and culture that prioritizes consumer needs.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work effectively, and possess a friendly, helpful disposition. Fast and accurate keyboard experience is essential, as is experience working in a busy, multi-disciplinary setting (preferably health).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $64,496 - $72,215, plus 25% casual loading. SA Health offers attractive salary packaging options, which provide the opportunity to save money on everyday expenses. We also promote flexible working arrangements, including part-time employment.
