Job Description

Role Overview

The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) plays a vital role in supporting our healthcare teams. As an AHA, you will be responsible for providing assistance with patient care, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of clinical areas and equipment, and undertaking administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care activities as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within clinical areas
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient-centered care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
