- Adjust appointments as needed and inform patients of changes
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries
- Experience in administrative roles, with strong computing skills and proficiency in email and word processing software
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service, with a focus on meeting patient needs
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $57,842 - $62,221 p.a. (pro rata)
