About the Role

As an Administrative Officer in Outpatients Support Services at SA Health, you will be responsible for providing confidential, efficient and comprehensive front-line administrative support to the SALHN Outpatient Clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing patient administration systems
  • Processing referrals in a timely manner
  • Notifying patients of clinic appointments and issuing relevant literature prior to consultation
  • Adjusting appointments as required and informing patients of changes
  • Providing professional, quality and responsive customer service
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and computing skills, including email and word processing
  • Sound communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal, to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in providing effective customer service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team without direct supervision
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
